Carlton Dixon is Investments and Lending Manager, heading up the mortgage lending arm of Butler McIntyre Investments Ltd. Carlton has 28 years of banking experience, rising through the National Australia Bank (NAB) to be the Head of Business Banking for Southern Tasmania, in charge of all of the Bank’s large commercial clients. Carlton was awarded NAB’s highest honour in 2005, named Business Banker of the Year in Australia. Carlton specialises in property development, subdivisions and commercial properties and understands business borrowing requirements and the need for a fast uncomplicated approvals and credit assessment process.
Paul is the Lending and Investment Officer at BMIL having joined the business in 2020. With over 30 years experience in Banking and Financial services, Paul enjoys assisting clients with their financial needs. He enjoys golf and barracking for the Carlton Football club.
Raphael joined Butler McIntyre & Butler in 2022. Raphael has over twenty years of experience in the banking and finance industry. Having worked for National Bank of Australia (NAB) and Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC), he specialises in financial crime management, auditing, trade services, corporate and personal banking. He handles the operational, administrational and compliance process of the Butler McIntyre Investments mortgage fund.
Raphael has a special interest in collecting miniature diecast models, mountain biking, rugby, basketball, and a F1 racing fan. He enjoys his free time travelling with his family and cooking.
